Northfield celebrates the end of summer with ArtsFest Sidewalk Day, a street festival featuring booths and installations by 20 local artists and numerous musical groups at locations up and down the town's historic Main Street, including at the beautiful new post and beam pavilion and gardens behind the Town Hall.  Parking is free behind Green Trees Gallery and an antique trolley will ferry visitors to venues along the festival route.  Activities start at 10 a.m. and end with a performance by the Big River Jazz Band at 6 p.m. at the award-winning Northfield Creamie.  For a complete schedule visit www.NorthfieldARTSfest.com.
