Open weekends through Nov 5. Mike’s Maze is an 8-acre corn maze and family entertainment destination! Visitors will encounter countless activities, games, and amusements to entertain the entire family. Every year we concoct a brand new maze, along with a themed game that will challenge you to solve puzzles and problems! This year's maze is a visible postcard sending a cosmic message from the surface of the planet "Greetings from Earth: The Pale Blue Dot."

Through October 29. Halloween music is in the air and sets the mood across the park. Play a round of Pumpkin Mini Golf and see the hundreds of lit pumpkins on display throughout the course. Our Corn Maze is 7-acres of twists and turns you can explore day or night (with flashlights!) on the weekend. Hitch a ride on the Spooky Hay Ride and don’t forget to stop at the Pumpkin Patch Field to search for the perfect Halloween pumpkin.

Norman Rockwell Museum Exhibition: The Famous Artists School

Learning from the Masters will include original artworks, studies, photographs, archival films documenting live demonstrations and commentary by the artists, contemporary interviews, and lesson plans. The exhibition is organized into seven sections that explore the major instructional themes that the famous illustrators identified as foundational for artists.

Starting at nineteen and throughout her twenties, she was included in major exhibitions at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Museum of Modern Art. This is the first exhibition to reveal the voice of this artist.

Weekends, September 30-November 25, 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Meet talented craftspeople and observe their work up close each weekend this fall with our Historic Trade demonstrations. Learn how a printing press was important to communication in colonial times. See a joiner use a series of tools to square, shape, and join separate pieces of wood into a single, strong window sash. Working with the head of fiery coals, watch the blacksmith deftly transform hard, shapeless metal into a graceful, functional object. See schedule ....

Springfield Museums Exhibit: Jeweled Objects of Desire

On view through December 31. Visitors of all ages will be dazzled by extraordinary gems, beautiful jewelry and fantastically embellished creations from the collections of the Smithsonian Institution. The special exhibition also features the work of internationally renowned jewelry designer Sidney Mobell, celebrated for crafting common utilitarian items into unique artworks through the use of gold and precious gemstones. Free with museum admission.
