We're proud of the tradition of hospitality in the Pioneer Valley. Each year the Greater Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau recognizes those individuals who've gone "above and beyond" in serving our guests.
Since 1995, the Hospitality Excellence Awards (HOWDY!) program has recognized the very best restaurant servers, cab drivers, attractions attendants, hotel personnel, retail clerks and others across the three counties of Massachusetts' Pioneer Valley.
